Personal viewing experience

To ensure an exemplary viewing experience, viewings are conducted by the team. Bespoke magazine-style property brochures are sent to each applicant. And the home is styled and staged beautifully for each viewing to further highlight its appeal.

Lisa Curran MNAEA, MNARLA

Lisa is passionate about the city of Chester and its unique homes. She is a keen investor and has been involved in property since the late nineties. After the birth of her first daughter, Lisa left her career in the banking world to embrace her passion and take over ownership and management of the business; now known as Currans Unique. Lisa is proud to help turn her clients dreams into reality – helping them to find and sell their dream homes in Chester is the fundamental goal of the business.

John Curran MNAEA

John, a director of Currans Unique, manages the sales area of the business. He is a local property investor and has been involved in the Chester property scene since the late 1990s. John’s background is in banking and project management and brings complementary strengths to the partnership – both at work and at home – which balances the businesses ability to excel in championing unique homes. He is passionate about property and the clients he serves.

Ella Lewis

Ella’s role is centred around building relationships with our clients and buyers, as the initial point of contact. This involves getting to know our current clients and their unique homes. And speaking to potential new clients to discuss how Currans can market their home so that they achieve their desired sale. She also enjoys the time she spends with buyers, particularly when considering the detail of their wish list. Ella loves Chester and the local area and speaks of it with passion.

Meg Wilson MNAEA

As Office Manager, Meg upholds a diverse role that’s grounded in exceptional customer service. Meg oversees and supports the Currans Unique team wherever needed. From meeting with new clients, answering the phones and liaising with communications, to showing properties to buyers and supporting our signature property photoshoots, Meg is always customer-service oriented. Meg is thrilled to experience the many spectacular homes on offer here in Chester and build relationships with our interesting and friendly client base.

We are open for business as normal. We’re committed to conducting safe valuations, viewings, and appointments. Therefore, we’ve aligned with current health guidelines to ensure we do our best to keep you and our team safe. This means we have a written Health and Safety process that our team must adhere to. You can request to view this. As always, we continue to offer in-person meetings and remotely by phone and video.
